HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS

Oh there's no place to work quite like Citigroup

Where advancement opportunities abound

Face the challenge at home, jump through any hoop

Or find ways to make some dough the whole world 'round.

Tonight I think I'll go to Mexico

To buy Confia Bank

With the income from an eight year bond they hold

Well, the economics disappeared when Mexico prepaid

Seems we had more cash and genius

When we banked Raul Salinas

Oh we wanted to grow more internationally

New accounts? Russia needed hundreds more!

Moscow borrowed a boatload from the IMF,

We got fees as it passed through and went offshore.

We can buy companies when our stock is high:

Associates, Schroders, even Handlowy.

But since Boca we know that our work's not done

And we have to catch back up to AIG

I guess we'll have to keep on buying  folks

To keep the dream alive

And we may also find Citi's future chief.

Since Jamie's gone to Banc One I doubt we can get him back

'wonder how the board proposes

to find Joshua  for Moses

See, there's no place to work quite like Citigroup

Where the stock price will rise forever more

And we won't tolerate a loss you can't recoup

Miss a put date and you'll soon be shown the door
